Previously, Rich was a valued member of the Homelife Benchmark team of Realtors, and Royal Lepage Canada. He brings with him a wealth of experience to the Real Estate field in renovation, construction, customer service and sales. Rich is also a top 5% recipient of the prestigious Medallion Club, which acknowledges the top 10% of Realtors of his local Real Estate Board, in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley, and Sutton Triple Platinum award recipient.
Originally a tradesman, Rich spent over a dozen years building and renovating homes in Canada and overseas in Australia, New Zealand and Germany. As a result, he is experienced in all facets of construction, and regularly uses his knowledge to assess the value of home renovations and upgrades when acting as an agent for both buyer and seller.
The next ten years Rich worked in the sales field as a Regional manager selling construction materials and tendering portions of large construction projects. During this time Rich started to buy, renovate and sell investment property. After a number of years Rich realized how by coaching his Realtor during his personal purchases and sales transactions that he had the experience that too would make him a very competent Realtor.
Having grown up in the Lower Mainland, Rich has intimate knowledge of the local market, and is familiar with the cyclical trends and variables that make this part of the world unique. He is confident in his ability to advise both buyers and sellers as to how to maximize their real estate investments no matter the current state of the housing market.
